Date

• Use only the first three letters for the month name
• Do not use 'th', 'st', 'nd' or 'rd' next to the date
• Add a comma next to the date
• Add only one space between comma and year

Time

• Keep the timing in a common standard

For example, use UTC for all instances

• Use 24-hour timing format
• Do not use AM or PM next to the time
